There are a few things I know about newborns: they come in all shapes and sizes. They are insanely cute. They somehow are able to simultaneously be the most wonderful thing you have ever seen and look like grumpy old men –no matter the gender. However, I also love when I learn something new...

case in point: when I was photographing this newborn session I learned that a newborn wearing fuzzy white socks makes them a million times cuter than one could ever think possible....

I mean, I can't even. Every time I look at these images of his tiny feet in these tiny, sweet socks, my uterus does little flips. 

I was even able to take photographs of this wee lad surrounded by flowers gifted to his parents by his grandmother... the addition of the adorable white socks is so cute that you don't even feel like these are too staged or "cheesy."

My love for photographing newborns and their parents has taken on a whole new level. All by the pair of sweet fuzzy socks.
